Dr. Alexandria is the owner of and chiropractor at Relative Motion Chiropractic. She is originally from Festus, MO and attended DeSoto High School in 2015. After high school, Dr. Alexandria attended The University of Missouri where she received her Bachelors in Health Science and graduated with honors in May of 2019. Then, following undergrad, she knew she needed to continue her education. She graduated from Logan University with honors in December 2022 and has since been running her new business. During her time at Logan University, she was an active member of the Motion Palpation Institute and served as her class's Educational Coordinator for 9 of the 10 trimesters of her schooling. During school she was trained with a variety of different adjusting techniques. Now, she mainly practices adjusting techniques such as Diversified, Thompson Drop, and Flexion Distraction. In addition to chiropractic, I also specialize in rehabilitation, cupping, dry needling, as well as performing school and work physicals.

â€‹How did I become interested in chiropractic? When I was a teenager, participating in golf and cheerleading actively, I started to get a super weird sensation in my middle back that just would never go away. I went to the doctor and was prescribed pain medicine. Never being a big fan of having to take pills, I decided to ask my dad about the time he went to the chiropractor. My parents decided to make me an appointment at the local chiropractor instead of getting my prescription filled. After my first visit to Dr. Pappas, I was amazed at how much better I felt! My pain had decreased exponentially and after a few adjustments and thankfully, to this day, my back has never had that feeling in it again! I was amazed at the doctor's ability to cure a mechanical problem within my body using only his hands and ever since then I knew wanted to be able to give the gift of chiropractic to others!
